Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
This is an extensive New York State required training for team members and managers. Your team will learn the fundamentals of respect in the workplace and how to practice compliance on a daily basis. We will review how to have open dialogues about uncomfortable situations and how best to navigate them.
We will maintain your payroll processing for each pay period. Once we set up a consistent system, your people will thank you for an organized process. After creating an SOP that works for you, we will train your leadership team how to follow the same steps each pay period to ensure a compliant and perfect payroll.
